Troubled Opening my Wallet

Early on this day I tried to log out and log in to my steemit account. When I try to log in as it ask for posting key but I wonder how I try to click the reveal button but it will only leads me to log in again.

Then It ask me to download the pdf file containing the active key, Then I can open my Steemit account again. I wonder who else encounter this. A lot I know that they cannot enter on their account,

Have you encounter as such?

      I thought I cannot log in again,
      Thanks I there is a way and download first then copy
      Steemit became more complicated
