Tagliatelle with tuna and olives
Pasta, in this case tagliatelle, with tuna and olives are among the fastest and most popular Italian pasta recipes. We can use any type of pasta we want: tagliatelle, cookies, fusilli, pappardelle, spaghetti etc. The sauce of these pasta is absolutely delicious and I advise you to try it at least once with any type of pasta, because you will surely like it.
Tagliatelle with tuna and olives - Ingredients (2-4 servings)
300 g tagliatelle
1 salad / 1 small onion
10 large black olives without seeds
4-5 fillets ans in oil / salt
200 g ton in natural juice / oil
75-100 ml of tomato juice
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil
Tagliatelle with tuna and olives - Preparation
Cut the salad / onion and olives in very thin slices and top them in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the anchovies well drained from the oil in which they were preserved and stir on a small fire for another 2 minutes.
Fill a pot with warm water and put it on medium heat. When it starts boiling, add 1 teaspoon of salt and pasta. We boil them in small fire, according to the instructions on the box.
Drain the tuna very well and loosen it in small pieces with a fork, then add it over the mixture of olives and onion. Mix well, medium heat to small, and after 1-2 minutes add tomato juice mixed with a polonic of water in which the pasta and chopped parsley are boiled.
Let the sauce drop on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes
Drain the pasta and add it over the sauce
Mix them with sauce on medium heat, about 1 minute.
We turn off the fire and serve them immediately.

tagliatelle has always been one of my favourites just after basmati rice. Awesome post man keep up the good work or should should I say posts. lol
