1 cucumber big
3 medium tomatoes
1 onion (red, preferably)
100 g of black olives
300 g feta cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
oregano, salt and pepper to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Light, tasty, healthy, authentic, inexpensive, and generous. Greek salad is an ideal choice for moments when you want to eat something good with minimal effort. I think you eat it as a main meal on a hot summer day, you take it as a pequet at work or use it as a griddle on a barbecue, this quick Greek salad will get you out of the mess.

If you ask different people what a classic Greek salad looks like, you will not get an unambiguous answer. Some will remember that all the ingredients in this snack are cut very large. Others-that present in the salad tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese. And others will say that this light snack is the very embodiment and quintessence of refined Mediterranean cuisine. Greek salad is not made to give rein to the culinary imagination. The maximum that can afford a chef, is to replace the FET to the other like cheese, add lettuce or increase the calorie content of meals by entering a fried chicken breast or boiled shrimp.
Can't remember the last time healthy food looked so appetizing. Hope it tastes as good as it looks though
