Will ESTCoin do their ICO on Tezos?

I did a post 5 days ago where I talked about how the government of Estonia was thinking about creating it's own cryptocurrency. After doing some research I think they might do their ICO on the Tezos platform.

If you don't know what Tezos is I talked about them right before their ICO. You can also check their website to get more info about their network which should be launching in a couple of months.

How did I come up with this conclusion?

The first clue was from the Tezos Overview

They stated that if they reach their Mars Shot which was $20 million and above they would:

Negotiate with a small nation-state the recognition of Tezos as one of their official state currencies, which would immediately give Tezos favorable treatment in terms of financial regulation. Attempt negotiations to purchase or lease sovereign land.

At lot of people scoffed at this idea and said it showed the foundation had no clue what they were talking about. Present company included. Then I ran into the following on e-resident

Who is Tim Draper you might ask?

1. He bought 30,000 BT from the Silk road auction.
2. He has a pretty hefty stake in Gnosis and Bancor which had some of the largest ICO's in 2017.
3. Most important is that he has publicly backed Tezos and is actively involved with Arthur and Kathleen who are behind Tezos.

The Tezos network hasn't launched yet but if ESTCoin decides to do their ICO on Tezos it will be HUGE. It will drive the price of Tezos up because people will have to buy XTZ in order to participate. As of now this is just a theory but something tells me this was probably planned. Only time will tell. Let me know what you think.
