What Up Steemians!!!

It's Week 20 and here is my entry for the Rap Challenge hosted by @rondonson. I can't believe how much time has passed since I started back on this platform. Music has always been at the center my interactions here. I'm actually going to start making rounds on all of the hip-hop challenges that are here on steemit. Thank you once again to all of the people that enjoy my work. It means a great deal. I will also post this on youtube in case some people can't play the video.

It starts with a blank slate.
Here comes the burden of bring home the dinner plate.
I’ve waited years to get my life on track.
Just To follow my dream of spitting these raps.

With low tech gear and high def rhymes
Made something from nothing that’s one of a kind.
I’m on my grind. Forget a dollar and a dime
I’m just trying to ride the wave without falling behind.

It’s so sublime what you see is only part the edifice.
Oh excuse me I’m just following edicate.
Now it’s time to teach because we set the precedent.
The message is for betterment all else is irrelevant.

Guess I'm hell bent on making a stride.
Staying alive to die is only a part ride.
The part the resides deep at the seat of my soul.
Has taken control I'm just hear along for the stroll.

I'm reaching my goals I HODL though it don't sense.
To to my defense the mint waste the dollars it prints.
Power is bent the hours of tomorrow are lent.
If knowledge is prince then wisdom is king of decent.

You see freedom was meant to give us a the choice.
The voice of the people anoints our leader.
But they beat us lie straight to our face.
Divide us over race and hide because their snakes.

It's time to become awake and find that inner state that shines to outer space.
I'd rather face the truth than live a nightmare
In the land of the few the brave are right here.
