That said, and although it sounds a bit crazy at first, each one of us is responsible for our reality and not the victims, that is, there is an authorship not only intellectual and emotional but even soulful of the external reality that happens to us.

This makes us "conscious or unconscious creators" of everything that happens to us throughout our lives, even many holistic thinkers think that our souls decide to experience and live what happens to us before even coming to this world, everything will be part of an orchestra of events that we will need to grow inside and evolve.

We do not know where our life story will end, but many people focus on mastering the art of generating positive thoughts and neutralizing negative ones, that is, those that usually generate emotions such as fear, anger, envy, among others.

I would say that we can achieve this in different ways, the first is by making use of ** visualization **, we begin to imagine finding a parking space in the place we want, getting the product we like, finding the right person to solve it. to a problem, among others

Another way is through ** verbal programming **, for this we will need to change our internal dialogue, this is where empowering affirmations and positive decrees come in, recognizing how we usually speak to ourselves and reprogram negative phrases or dialogues towards ourselves.

This kind of dynamics will help to “create a healthier external reality”, remember that to begin to see external changes we must first make internal changes.

It is important to know that after years of thinking, feeling in a certain way, it will not be easy to make these kinds of changes, hence the importance of having a lot of willpower, determination and discipline.

It will be common to find days full of emotional ups and downs, sometimes full of joy, other times full of pain or frustration, I would say that this kind of changes can be associated with stirring the water of a river, the water represents our emotions and the The bottom of the river would be our beliefs and customs that when removed will make the water cloudy, so you have to be patient and trust that when everything settles the water will be clear again and everything will now begin to flow in a better way.

If during this process you feel overwhelmed, I advise you to stop for a moment and ask yourself: What is it that moves you to generate and change your life with positive thoughts?

If you are still not very clear on the answer to this question, I would like to share with you the following thought that I will quote verbatim:

Good post. Certainly we must keep positive thoughts and attitude, be grateful at all times and visualize what we want to achieve what we propose. It is a process of change but we will get the best out of us. Greetings!
