Introduce myself: Who am I

Hello dear steemers,

my name is Amy and I'm 20 years old. So far I've lived in three different countries: Germany, where I was born, Spain and currently England. I generally moved quite a lot as my mom changed her work place every few years. Always new schools, people and vibes. Nowadays I'm glad we got around a lot as it made me more open to things and not just stay in one place.

Moving to Barcelona with thirteen I thought is gonna change my life into the better as I was bullied before and didn't really have friends. But you take with you what you are. It was already too late. I have become shy and antisocial. I didn't like people much. I had my one or two friends eventually going to a German school. Which helped, not being too alone.
To me it is the most important thing being able to be fully yourself around someone.

When I was fifteen my mom wanted me to go to London for a year to improve my English. (Believe me I was crap at it before :p)
I went right into Sixth form doing the International Baccalaureate, a different degree to the English A levels. This degree is two years long, only writing exams at the end of that, which is why we decided for me to stay more than just a year. Meanwhile I lived with a normal English family who introduced me into the common everyday life in England.

After those two years I finally graduated and I decided to stay in London and go into University to study Film, the only thing I'd actually do as I liked editing and creating my own films. The best thing about that university was that they had a campus I could live on with other new students. It was always a wish of mine to go to a boarding school, studying and living at the same place. And then I kind of did. Since then a lot has changed, and there is more change to come for sure.

Those are some nice pictures I took throughout the first year. We had two ponds on the campus with animals like fish and swans even.

I am not much of a photographer but I love to take pictures if I like something that I see.

The past few years I have had a quite rough patch for certain reasons, being at the worst right now, if I'm honest.

I believe steemit can help me get through this somehow, putting in my thoughts and ideas such as the universe, us as a human being itself and how we are more than that.
