Pineapple can be eaten in winter with cold and cough problems. Pineapple works very well in various diseases including fever, cold and cough. Pineapple contains a lot of vitamins A and C, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B-1, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, manganese, potassium, antioxidant and beta-carotene, which are good for cold.

Pineapple contains a lot of antioxidants. These fruit juices work to cough, increase digestive power and boost immunity. Let's find out how playing pineapple benefits -

1.Prepare the juice using Fruit Juicer, cut into small sizes by removing pineapple powder. Then take half of a cup of pineapple juice and mix it with a teaspoon of honey.
