Exercising helps you sweat thereby removing toxins from your body.

It helps to destress (manage stress) the body as well.

People complain of not having time to go to the gym.

True. But you can also exercise at home even if for just 15 minutes daily. As long as it helps you sweat.

It gives the body a high that helps you overcome stress.

You can skip, dance, run on the spot, lift weights, run up and down stairs repeatedly.

What matters is that you sweat.

Make sure to have a bath to wash off the sweat and not allow it dry up on you.

If you are consistent with daily exercise, you will reap of the ensuing glow. It also reduces and clears acne breakouts as well.
