My Ramen
the Japanese recipe called "Ramen" has had many interpretations in different parts of the world passing through different styles, each country alters both its ingredients and its vital core that is the soup of "miso".
In my country, where pork and beef are consumed a lot, it is very popular to see variables in the "ramen". the miso is combined with a "chicken background" giving it a more native and familiar flavor.
Something primordial that should not be forgotten, is the use of seafood such as crab, narutomaki or nori seaweed, giving a touch of the sea to this exquisite delicacy.
Last but not least, the ramen noodles must be made of rice so that it gets along well with the traditional Asian aesthetic of this meal.
Additional items such as corn or eggs can play very well with the palate of our guests.

I have many more traditional recipes including varieties of sushi, I will go up for weeks.
