I have not had a good walk for a while. Plus my Fitbit has or is dying on me. So will have to get a new one. But don't let me know you with the fluff.
I did an hour full walk through my local walking track. My legs are thanking me for the movement.
Abysmal count though. But can't complain now that I got a decent walk out of the way.
