Which is a better service to lease Steem Power?

I only know @minnowbooster and @blocktrades as those providing
steem power leasing services on the Steem blockchain (rent out steem power). Maybe there are others?

I am somehow confused as to which provides a better deal.

Currently, Blocktrades currently charges 7.07 Steem for every 100SP and for a duration of 90 days while minnowbooster has a lease market where one gets to place an offer.
