Right Sitting Position, For Healthy Spine

If calculated in one day maybe we can spend up to 10 hours just to sit. Starting from the morning driving to the workplace, in the office, lunch breaks even during worship we do sit down movement. The wrong sitting motion can cause disease in the spine which, if not treated as early as possible side effects will be felt in the future. One sitting position can cause the body to become sick all, or also the back pain. And if you get used to sitting in a bent position, the body also so unruly and posture changes.
