Mushroom Party
Tonight, my friends invited me to party the mushrooms. I agree. Ingredients have been prepared. Mushrooms that we cook tonight is a kind of "Merang Mushroom". I dont know how to call this kind in english.
Besides tastes delicious, mushrooms have many benefits to health.
We cook it with instant noodles.
In Banda Aceh there are several places of mushroom cultivation. And the price is still great, for us. About 40 thousand rupiah per kilogram, or about 4 US dollars.

Which stock or broth did you use? Was it spicy?
Because this party is not planned, so we just use instant spice from instant noodles :)
Not too spicy, because among us there who can not eat spicy food :(

Yes, there are many kinds of mushrooms in Thailand! We have the same climate, so I think we have the same mushrooms, too! ;)
