Stop the mind: Could it be? Section 2

If we leave our minds too often to PAST then we are likely to suffer from trauma, vengeance, guilt, prolonged regrets, difficulty forgiving, and the like.

And if we all too often let our minds move into FUTURE then we might get anxiety, fear, no optimism, worry, and so on.

Well if our mind is in PRESENT or this moment, we can free ourselves from those emotional diseases. We can see all the experience more clearly. And clearly we see that experience allows us to re-learn, reframing alias interpret our experience and our imagination more wisely. In this moment what is your problem now? there is no !

All our problems come from later and earlier. So, the solution to experiencing enlightenment and to break free from suffering is to break free from the wildness of mind that is in the moment!

So I reiterate that what I'm saying is moving mind is always moving to PAST and FUTURE. When the mind is at PRESENT or this moment, then that's what I call our mind stop. At the moment there is no polarization. nothing negative and positive. Neutral. Zone uncharged.

That's why as I alluded to above in these circumstances we can become more objective and think right. Can observe all our thoughts both positive and negative. Because actually positive and negative thoughts are equally beneficial. Remember friends, no God's creation is in vain. NEGATIVE THINKING + POSITIVE THINKING = RIGHT THINKING.

Then how do we keep our minds in this moment and in this moment? Wait that we discussed at the very back. Go ahead.

Friends, this note does not forbid to think VISIONER or EVALUATIF. It is not forbidden to think about the past and the future. So guidelines like this:

For ZONE FUTURE:

Can visit ZONE FUTURE but only positive ones. Eg build VISION

But if it is necessary please visit the negative ZONE FUTURE. Eg for anticipation

For ZONE PAST:

Can visit ZONE PAST but the positive ones. Eg call memory success in the past.

If it is necessary please pay a visit to negative ZONE PAST. For example, for contemplation, evaluation, ask forgiveness for all sins in the past.

Well however:

If a positive mind visit to ZONE FUTURE instead leads to a feeling of being overly optimistic and inherent in desire or too wishful, long-fancied and
If a negative mind visit to a negative Zone FUTURE traps us to worries, fears and anxieties, and
If a positive mind visit to ZONE PAST leads instead to arrogance, and
If a negative mind visit to ZONE PAST even makes us depressed and guilt prolonged

Then get out of the ZONE PAST and ZONE FUTURE !!

Because all forms of thinking that are generated no longer empower us to do our best. Well here is the present function. ZERO STATE. That is to stop the movement of the mind if he is no longer empower us. Break free from past past and uncertain future. Hopefully my intent can be understood.

Now we start getting into how to stop the mind.

The gate to "lock" the mind so as not to move wildly here and there is the physical body. What ?! Yes you do not read wrong, the key in the body. Why? Because the nature of the body is opposite to the mind. We flashback for a moment. The nature of the mind is to jump and move to PAST and FUTURE and dislike today. While the physical nature of the physical body is always in the moment.

So if we "hook" or "bind" our minds to the physical body then our mind will slowly "stop moving" and be in the moment. The brief language of the physical body is the present gate!
