Sends me to a different plane whenever I watch this part.

We are conditioned to not react and adjust to all adverse conditions including man made conditions, even if it means we roll over and die. We are expected to adjust and then be vainly proud that we have adjusted and are resilient. Not that we have any other choice.

If we all react amd if we let the system know collectively that we will not tolerate nonesense and we will not be resilient to shit, nobody will mess with us.
