[Utopian Chat UI] Changing position of popup when maximized.

I encountered this while browsing the chat settings and accidentally opened a chat box while choosing an option from the settings, due to the overlaying popup.

Current Behaviour

Image shows the position of the popup:

The popup is currently placed in a position suitable for minimized chatbox.

Suggested Behaviour:

Change position to the top or any other suitable position relative to the chatbox while maximized.

Tested with Google Chrome Version 62.0.3202.89 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Ubuntu 16.04
