Exclude Self-Votes From Human Input For Bot

Currently with the utopian bot, it is primarily based on pending payout, ignoring bots. In my opinion, self voting is just like bots, and it gives an unfair advantage to people with high SP.

Suggestion

I think it would be more fair to treat self votes like not votes, and just don't include them for the bots power calculation.

    It's a nice suggestion. But I think people will just set up a second account and delegate to it. Or swap their votes with other people who have power.

    I actually think that moderators should give a ranking and that should be one of the key drivers of the upvote. But that's not the direction utopian has taken so far.
