Today word SMART is interpreted in many different ways - Hard work alone doesn't reap results unless you resort to Smart work which means adding Sincerity, Intelligence and Power of questioning to your work - understand the concept and WHY to do it and then work on HOW do it. Smartness is not just a physical attribute but it's about carrying a personality, an aura and an outlook. Smartness is being Result Oriented and not just Work Oriented.
