My morning walk

My morning walk. I look at the rising sun. It is mesmerizing as I find gold getting splashed from the skies!! I breath-in and I breath-out. As I breath-in, my heart says- Life is beautiful and breathing-out it says: I am happy..
A couple of minutes pass and that's when my subconscious mind shouts:

“No, you can't be happy. How can you forget the turmoil of yesterday? What a funny comment your friend made on your passion for writing and the way those others around him laughed. You have to feel hurt and angry and not happy and joyous.”

My subconscious mind brings the pain of the evening back in the present like some garbage. The stink is awful. I need to clean it. So I again get in touch with my conscious and make my heart say again and again : “Life is beautiful and I am happy.. Life is beautiful and I am happy...Life is beautiful and I am happy..It's a new day. It's a new day.. Life is beautiful and I am happy. I have moved ahead.I have moved ahead. It's a new day. Life is beautiful and I am happy.. ”

I feel good once again. I don't see pain anywhere near. My face has a smile and I find everything around me smiling.
