How do you handle difference of opinion?

Because the way we see an event is always coloured by our perception, from our past experiences. And the same event can be perceived very differently by somebody else basis their perception.

What if we try to look at an event from another perspective? Would it give a whole new meaning to the event? Can you choose a more empowering one?

What if we take difference of opinion as an opportunity to expand our perspective rather than a need to impose our opinion on another.

How can we be so sure that what we perceive is the real truth? What if there are other possibilities?
