HAPPINESS IS OURS FOR THE TAKING

Only it can come from outside. Or anyone else. No one can bestow it on us - not even our parents or spouse, boss or colleagues. No reward, no destination, no achievement can give us lasting joy.

So then? How is it ours for the taking?

Cause it's a choice. We can choose to find happiness in every moment, everything we do - be it a run or a shower, making eggs or making love, writing a proposal or sending a forward.

Let's love our life, every minute of it. And bring this mad passion and excitement to everything we do. No question then of not being happy. No question then of life not bending itself to our will.
