Veg Momos Recipe

 necessary ingredients:

Flour - 100 gms,

Paneer - 1/2 cup (grated),

Cabbage - 01 cup (finely chopped),

Gajka - 1/2 cup (grated)

Capsicum - 01 (Medium Size),

Onion - 01 (Finely chopped),

chilli - 01 (finely chopped),

Ginger - 01 piece (grate),

Garlic - 07 buds (hummed),

Coriander - 02 tbsp (finely chopped),

Til oil - 02 teaspoons,

Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon,

Chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon,

Vinegar - 01 tablespoons,

Soya sauce - 01 tbsp,

Salt - according to the taste.

Mode of making mamos:

For the introduction of Vege Momos Recipe, first filter it by mixing it with water and fold it for about an hour.
