Did a little watercolor today after pen and ink sketches. Was a little difficult to achieve a particular shade of green as in my reference picture but somehow managed to bring it a little closer to it. I absolutely loved this picture of a child looking at a monk with complete innocence, however I wanted to make something of my own. So thought of adding the butterfly instead of the elder monk :)
Enjoyed making this one but really need to be more consistent with my practice in watercolors! Let me know what you think? :)
