Meeting a Polymath (PowerUp 100%)

A poet, writer, playwright, composer, philosopher, social reformer and painter, Rabindranath Tagore was a gem of India. He created many short stories, novels, poetry, songs, artworks and drama. He composed the Indian national anthem 'Jana Gana Mana' and also composed the Bangladeshi national anthem 'Amar Sonar Bangla'. The polymath was also the first Asian to win the Nobel prize. From the prize money, he created the Visva Bharati school. He did many remarkable things in his life which cannot be expressed in a few words.

Before the pandemic, I along with my friends and seniors from the college were given the opportunity to visit the Shantiniketan Museum in Bolpur. There we came to know more about the legend. The museum kept the belongings of Tagore, and interesting facts about him were written on the walls. The museum was exceptionally beautiful.
