Today contest is very wonderful and it is very helpful for me because a morning walk can motivate me.Today contest was organized by @teamvenezuela and the topic of this contest is 'That Activity that motivates me.'I am participating in this contest myself and i also would like to suggest my friends to also participate in this contest because it is a very lovely contest.my enrty is below.

1-What do you like to do to get out of a state of discouragement? What does it consist of?
When I can feel discouraged I will find that a morning walk is the best way to lift my spirits. The fresh air and the quiet of the early hours can create a peaceful atmosphere that can helps me to clear my full mind. As I walk I focus on my surroundings like the trees or birds and the soft sunlight.
This connection with a nature helps me feel more grounded and a calm. The physical activity also help me to releases endorphins which naturally boost my mood. During the walk I often to think about whats troubling me but in a more relaxed way which in sometimes leads to new ideas or solutions. By the time I return home I usually feel more positive and more ready to face the day. The routine of a morning walk gives me a sense of the stability and a hope.
2-Why does it restore your spirits? What does that activity represent to you?
A morning walk restores my spirits because it is represents a fresh start and a connection with the nature. The quiet and stillness of the early morning allow me to clear my mind and to focus on the present moment. As I walk I feel a sense of the peace that helps in wash away my worries.
The gentle exercise boosts my energy and to releases endorphins which naturally improve my mood. This activity symbolizes a break from the daily hustle or offering me a chance to slow down and to reflect. It is a time for me to reconnect with myself and to find clarity. The routine of walking in the morning also gives me a sense of the stability and to control reminding me that I can take small steps to improve my day no matter how challenging it might seem.
3-How do you feel during and after this activity?
During a morning walk I feel a sense of calm and to rejuvenation. The fresh air fills my lungs and the gentle movement of a walking helps me to release any tension or stress I may be carrying. As I take in the sights and a sounds of nature I feel more connected to the world around me which brings me a sense of peace and a contentment. After the walk I feel refreshed and energized or ready to take on the day with a positive mindset. My mood is lifted and I usually have a clearer perspective on any challenges I am facing.
