Step 1

To do the art first I took a brush and selected yellow color. I have written the word happy with yellow color.

Step 2

Now I will write down the New Year word. This rule is written in the same manner and in yellow color.

Step 3

I have selected white color for art. With white color I have designed different parts of happy new year art.

Step 4

Select black color for art. I painted the whole art with black paint.

Step 5

Now I have done some star art above. I painted them yellow and made art.

Step 6

After doing the above art I did a lot of star art around the New Year text.
