Stability and control of emotions
People whose mood fluctuates often have difficulty building real relationships. Regardless of our feelings, we need to be able to temporarily put these feelings aside for the full hearing of others. If we are going through a period of strong feelings, we have avoided being fully present with the other person. It is better to tell this person what is happening to us, to pretend to listen. Will appreciate our sincerity and openness.
Openness and sharing ideas with others in a timely manner
We all know people who tell us the story of their entire lives in the first five minutes after our meeting, of course we will have no desire to listen. To build strong relationships we need to be able to follow ourselves and share ideas when it is compatible and depth of relationship. Good relationship builders show their sharing of the feelings of others by reflecting the emotions of the person speaking. Sharing excitement, joy, sadness, frustration, and disappointment helps us connect with others. Share a case of your own experience when possible to show that you can link your experiences to the other, but not to overdo or compete with their experience. This requires compassion and sensitivity to their feelings.

Be honest, confident, humble, trustworthy, positive, and fun
People who build good relationships feel good about themselves and are always looking for positive in their world. They really want the best for others and see them succeed. The energy of people who enjoy psychological comfort, optimism, and affirmation creates an atmosphere of reassurance that makes them want to manipulate us and spend their time with us. They do not care about others and keep what we tell them. Being confident, they do not feel the need to draw attention to them. Always have time for others in their lives. They work on self-education for a lifetime and seek opportunities for improvement.
