SIZ Recipe | Falsa Squash (A seasonal fruit with magical health benefits)
Hey, @Steemians today I m here with a new Blog in which I will share the recipe for Falsa Squash.
As you guys know it's hot these days. In this season, many refreshing beverages are used in large quantities. So, Falsa Squash is the best option this summer.
Magical Health Benefits of Falsa
As well as quenching the thirst, it also provides many health benefits.
- Falsa fruit contains a high amount of sodium and Protein.
- The nutrients present in it helps to regulate blood circulation and improves the nervous system.
- Falsa contain iron which helps to treat the lack of red blood cells (Anemia).
- It is beneficial to treat respiratory disorders if mixed with ginger or lemon juice.
- Falsa fruit contains fiber which helps in relieving stomach pain.
Procedure
- Take fully ripened falsa and wash it properly with water.
- Now put the falsa and water in the juicer blender to make pulp.
- After this strain the pulp by using a muslin cloth to remove the seeds.
- Now add sugar, citric acid, and colour in the pulp and mix well.
- In the end, mix sodium benzoate in some squash and mix it in all squash while stirring properly.
- Now pour the squash in already clean and dry bottles.
- Close the lid tightly and store it in a cool place.
I like fasla but after reading the benefits, I am in love with it. I will try this recipe and will share my experience later.
