If you opened Steam in the last 24 hours, you'd notice that with the LUNAR sale, they improved how their wishlist works. They added features I always needed to organize/navigate my Wishlist.
Sorting
You can order the games in your wishlist by Rank (see below), Price, Name, Date Added/Released and Popularity.
Ranking
Ranking is ordering your wishlist by "your most wanted", the smaller Rank number the more important the game is for you. Before this update, change a game's rank you had to drag it up/down to the proper place you want.
Now you only have to change it's Rank number. This is my most wanted improvement, I didn't know I wanted it until I actually saw it.
Filters
You can filter by Tags, Price, Discount Percentage and Platfrom (Win, Mac Linux)... For longer wishlist this is basically necessary and the lack of it makes navigating them very hard.
In Conclusion:
The old version was okay for short list,
but with +100 games it becomes harder to organize them.
