अधिकांश पौधे दिन में प्रदूषण के कण अवशोषित करते है। जबकि मॉस प्लांट की खूबी इसका रात में भी एक्टिव होने है। यह पौधा सूरज की रोशनी पर ही निर्भ नही है। यह हल्की रोशनी पर भी अपने काम करते है। मनी प्लांट या अन्य पौधे इस प्रकार प्रदूषण एब्जॉर्व करने वाले पौधों की तुलना में मॉस प्लांट का रखरखाव आसान है। इसे पानी की जरुरत अन्य पौधों की तुलना में काफी कम होती है। यहां तक कि कुछ दिन पानी न मिले तो भी मॉस प्लांट पर खास असर नही पड़ा। इस पौधे का फंगस या बैक्टीरिया भी अटैक नही करता है। आप इसे कही पर भी लगा सकते है। प्रदूषण अवशोषित करने वाले अन्य पौधों की तुलना में इसकी खूबियां कही अधिक है। आप इसे कार्यलय या घर पर या रास्ते में कही भी लगा सकते है।
