The more you learn new things, the more your brain becomes active. For example, learning a new musical instrument, playing a game of intelligence like chewing gum, playing a new kind of dance, drawing a picture, learning creative work, improving the new language, etc., helps to improve memory.

To keep the memory, it is better to avoid some foods such as sugar, processed foods, butter, red meat, frozen foods, salt, cheese.

To improve memory, it is important to practice regular body exercises. It increases the supply of oxygen to the body, helps the body to stay well, creates new cells in the brain.

The more stress you can get, the more active the brain is. One study found that the more people are social, the better their brains are. Talking with a person for 10 minutes helps in increasing the fertility of the brain.

Hi @ahadsteemit08 Great Post. I think you are right especially with the cutting back on sugar an processed foods. I did that about 5 years ago and increased focus and improved memory being a surprising benefit.
