Time to hit the GYM !
It is about time to change the wardrobe from winter to summer.
It also means to check in the mirror for damages caused by
winter . I am kind a of lazy person, which worked for me for many
years, but not so much lately . I guess things change when you
get older.
I have spent the last couple of days gathering yoga and basic workout
videos, and now i am collecting some energy to get started to actually
get down to it !
We do have a GYM at home, so it should be easy to walk in there,
but somehow i always have an excuse ! :-)
I wonder how others are about this !
Do you feel the urge to get back into shape after winter?
Do you have excuses for your laziness too?

You are right that might be Spring tried to kick our ass to do more fitness stuff, especially when looking at summer wardrobe and planning holiday. Like you I prefer to do fitness at home with rowing machine and upright bicycle. I usually try to do two sessions a week. I know it is not enough but lack of time and probably laziness too :)
I don't go home......traveling since last June!
No time to work out!
I'm kinda lazy myself but (mentségemre legyen mondva) I walk a lot, 4-5 km a day which counts for something :) Still have to lose 5 kg!
