Same as currency that was designed in the gold rush. Each bank had their own until the govt took over and made one currency. All others died after that and you ended up with the US dollar.
When there's freedom, there's risk. Put all of your money in a poorly run bank and you MAY lose.

Ah, there's the rub. This has not been resolved and to distract you from that they come up with bitcoin and block chain. The central banking sys is dying, they know it. How do you know if they are trying to recreate a system by giving it a new name and digital. No transparency!

Well put. The third para holds a lot of merit.
It truly is a double edged sword for them. They are becoming extinct and they know it. On the other hand to move from current position they need a radical revision and they kind of have no choice but to hold lesser power in the next system upgrade. Smart people should act now so that they can deal from a position of strength in the future.
