When life turns you upside down you must simply learn to adjust your view! Flight to Bali rescheduled for Wednesday morning yaaaayyyyy! Cannot wait to get back to this island paradise and to see me lady!

  Being vulnerable requires a deep understanding of yourself and the courage to share that with others. Nothing is braver than putting your true self out there, risking rejection, risking judgement, risking failure but doing it wholeheartedly anyway.

When I think back on the number of times I have had those truly raw and vulnerable moments and have been absolutely crushed, It amazes me that I haven’t built walls 10 foot tall. It is terrifying to be seen (and I mean to really be seen) and then to be hurt. But it is more terrifying, in my opinion, to go through life unseen.

So I will continue putting one brave foot infront of the other and wearing my big heart on my sleeve because vulnerability is the only way forward.
