I am not holding any coins in my software (exchange) wallet. I would however prefer holding in hardware wallet. i am not a hodl , As soon as the coin increases and I go into profit, I would sell it and when a value of the coin falls, I buy it.

Software wallets also known as hot wallets , I use software wallet because of following facts :

1 - These wallets are simple to set up

2 - They are easy ro access and use. Just have a device that needs internet, and there is not much demand for it.

The Binance Exchange wallet

** Binance wallet have of great beneficial to my crypto experiences, because the Binance exchange wallet has wonderful features, and it is more conveniant to use, but as a newbies or advance user. It gives you opportunity to exchange and trade your digital assets whenever you wish to trade it instantly. Binance exchange wallet is an intriguing wallet for long-term hodlers, and spot traders.**

With screenshots, show how to perform spot trading on any pair of your choice.

For spot trading i am using BINANCE. Before demonstrating in step by step manner, how to spot trade , I'll briefly define spot trade .

Holding or trading, which do you prefer and why?

Personally, I do a lot more trading than holding. I prefer trading to holding coins, at least doing so widens your scope and opens your awareness to exciting new trends in the market. Rather than dumping some coins in a wallet and crossing my fingers hoping it would skyrocket in price, I'll rather dive into the market and explore the workings.
However every trader or most traders have that particular coin, Bitcoin or altcoin they HODL as they see potential future rewards. To just hold or just trade could be really poor tactics on their own as each comes with its potential traps.
Holders tend to not take in their profits and traders are prone to panic selling thereby losing profits( take the recent dip in bitcoin as a case study). Rather than feeling the need to choose one, I'd agree they work best together.
