We need to be focused a significant number of times right from our childhood. We should be focused at school, university, work and many. Sometimes we fail to focus, which leads to unwanted consequences. While I was preparing for a test about three months ago, I felt my focusing capability has significantly reduced to a certain extent. So I started exploring how to be focused for a long time which could help me to acquire my desired score. The focus is such an important aspect that drives your life. Here are the few practical ways to stay focused.
Try to understand what is distracting you from staying focused
Since multi-tasking is not gifted to everyone, we should comprehend things that distract us from staying focused. Check whether your distractions are social media, hunger, or even your partner. If you could able to find the correct answers to the question, your problem is half solved. Another half is to find solution to this. The solution varies from person to person. So everything depends on how you solve the case. Remember it is not easy to do multiple works at a time. For a better result, I would always recommend you to stick to one work at a time.

understand why you want to do this, and why this is such an important activity
Know what is the outcome of the work, and how does it offer you a better life. Plan your desired destination. Schedule the planned activities that help you to achieve your goals. By understanding your goal, you can limit your distractions as easy as browsing the internet.
Take few breaks in between
Breaks are essential if you want to get your desired destination. Take breaks often and don’t forget to take smaller breaks. Put your session for 90min and take a break of 10 to 15min. If you consider taking longer breakers, it could not complete your work as procrastinating is very easy than being focused. Take some food and drink water or tea during breaks. This will help you to get refocused very soon.

It is possible to multitask now, Meditation and fourth direction is a possibility in the etheric world now. Do the research now. But the main point you clear is the concentration is the major reason for your failure or success. Over all, very good post.

yup, its impossible to multitask, you are just switching back and forth between things and doing none of them as well as if you focused on them.
i do two hour sprints where possible. that gives me time out between it.
Focus is a great way to get to a greater height.
