The race to sign the player is still on and Barcelona is leading it. The player himself admitted he would love to return to his former team. PSG on the other hand wants to sell him, but they won't let him go unless they got the right price. Fact is, Neymar has seriously declined in terms of performance. He had series of injuries last season and he is still the most valued player in football right now.

PSG declined Real Madrid's wonderful offer - three great players plus an additional £100 Millon. Barcelona already gave them that offer with a lesser price, but they declined all. Barcelona went on to make another offer the day before yesterday. They concluded it will be great to bring him in with a fee including Dembele and any player of their choice. Again, PSG declined the offer.

Barcelona made a third offer which might be their last. Transfer window is closing soon and it will all be over. The latest bid doesn't involve any player according to rumours going on. Neymar will be signed on a loan deal with an option to make it permanent next summer at a huge fee of £154 Million.

Well, PSG might reject this again. They made it clear they want an offer more than what they gave Barcelona the previous season, but they are still at risk if they don't sell him off this summer. They were recently fined for making ridiculous cards and sign posts of Neymar. It was done by fans, but the club was fined. The club doesn't seem like they want him anymore and Neymar wants to leave, too.
