Hi friends good afternoon. To day i amhere again to discuss about the time that i spent with kids. I hope you will like my routine related to the kids.

MORNING TIME

Today i was free in the morning. First i woke up and then after taking the bath i went to my room and offered prayer and also i did count beads for 20 minutes. After completing this task i went to the gym where i performed different exercises like running and jogging and bicep.

When i reached the gym i saw that there were may people at ground floor of the gym.

Ground floor is actually main floor and we can meet with receptionist at this floor.

After the marking of my attendance in the gym i went first on the first floor where i saw my trainer who was busy in training. I went to the second floor whete ifirst walked on treadmill for 12 minutes and covered 2 km distance. After that i started runing on the treadmill and i further covered 3 km distance.

After that i went to the first floor again and then i performed other exercises.

GAMES WITH CHILDREN

After completing my all exercises i came to my home again where i saw that children of my elder brother were playing in the lawn. They were waiting for breakfast and my sister in law was in kitchen and was busy in preparing breakfast .

First of all i went to the washroom and then changed the gym dress and came back again in the lawn where children were playing with bat and ball. I also started playing with children and we had fun also.

BREAKFAST

After few minutes my sister in law came to the lawn and asked us that the breakfast is ready so we all went to our dining room. I sat with children . After that we started eating. My bother son was not eating because it was not his choice so i came back to the kitchen and prepared sandwiches for him.

Sandwiches were really tasty and he ate 2 sandwiches with sauce and ketchup. I also ate one sandwich with ketchup.

SCHOOL TIME

After that all children went to their room and started getting ready for the school. They wore their own school uniform and then i went to drop then to their school. After that i came back and then i staryed trading on my mobile phone.
