It says a lot about the humility of a man for him to publicly own up to his mistakes and take the blame. Arsenal should just focus on the Europa league, there might be a light at the end of the tunnel still.
It absolutely does. I applaud him for that. But his performances have been sub-par this season and it's time for him to hang up the gloves.
One of the hardest thing to do is taking the fault for a collective failure...... All we should focus on now is wining the Europa because making the top four is out of it this season.
