Steemit Engagement Challenge S7-W2: A Special Lunch with a Steemian

Welcome to my Steemit Engagement Challenge blog for season 7 of Week 2. Today, I am here to participate and share my entry in Steemit Iron Chef Community by using the following contest tip;

| Which Steemian Would you Love to Have Lunch with and Why? |

The steemian I would like to have lunch with is; @eliany. I choose to select Eliany because I have missed her so much and would like to have a long talk with her facially and also discuss so many things with her and accompany the meeting with lovely dishes.
Long discussion with good food gives inspiration to carry on the conversation and also make the meeting memorable.

I would love to prepare and serve yummy and attractive meal to this special steemian (Eliany). The food I would like to prepare is spaghetti pasta with vegetables and egg.

This food is very easy to prepare and it is thin, solid and long pasta that is made of milled wheat and it is enriched with minerals and some vitamins.
Spaghetti is very healthy when prepared with healthy ingredients. I usually prepare my spaghetti with fresh veggies and serve with protein which always turns out to be nutritious and attractive at the same time.

I would like to prepare the food all by myself and I would do that with so much love and make the menu ideal so it will be well enjoyed by my special steemian (Eliany).
| What Would be the Best Drink to Accompany with the Lunch? |

The best drink I would like to accompany our lunch with is soft drink of our choice. It could be; fruit juice of any flavour. This drink is very healthy and it is good to be consumed with different types of food.
| Would you Offer the Special Steemian a coffee, Dessert or Both? |

I would like to offer her dessert prepared by me. After having lunch, I will like to serve her with dessert called; Perfait.

Perfait is made with yoghurt and various types of fruit. It doesn't take much time to prepare this dessert. I would first of all as my special steemian ( Eliany) of the type of fruit she loves so I can use it to prepare the perfait.
