Hello wonderful kids and my fellow lover of kids, trust everyone are in good shape? Because I'm doing beautifully well. Being around children always brighten my moments and gives me inner joy that is unexplainable. Having seen this awesome contest organized by @bright-obias in our lovely @steemkidss community, titled "Let's go shopping for our children" I can't help but take part in it. Children are the most precious thing in the world, having them makes our home complete. Shopping for them brings nothing but happiness and beautiful smiles that captures the heart. So therefore, I'm writing on the following headings;

If you're to go for shopping for kids, what would be the best gift to buy for them?

Well, before going for shopping you must know what the kid likes and if it's okay by you. You don't just go for the best but rather go for something that will put a smile on the kid's face. When am shopping for my little sister, I do buy gifts I think it's the best for her like; toys, children's story books and crayons (for her random coloring at home) and clothes.
But most times I go for sweet, ice cream, biscuits and her favorite juice (happy hour) because I know that those edible things mentioned above will make her happy.

Have you ever bought a gift for kids? How did they react after receiving the gift?

Yes!, When I go for shopping, I don't just get gifts for my siblings and cousins alone, I do get gifts for my neighbor's children as well because my love for kids is beyond human understanding. After gifting the children the little thing I could afford at that moment, they are always happy, bright and joyous. I can recall few days ago when I got my kid sister a pack of biscuits, sweet, crayons, eraser and also packs of happy hour juice. Her reaction kept me in shock for few seconds, I received a big hug from her that day and I noticed a charming smiles on her face too.

In many cases that children loves gifts, why do you think they like and are so affected by gifts?

Gifts are very powerful, it can increase the level of happiness. Gift motivates children to do better in their academic work, makes them very happy and feel loved.
In conclusion, gift brings happiness to people both the giver and the receiver. Not just kids even adults, when I receive gifts from someone, I'm always very happy and emotional which makes me always want to give out too no matter how little. Shopping /gifting for kids isn't a bad idea, but we have to minimize how often we gift them something so they won't get adapted to it and develop the habit of not doing things or stay happy without a gift. Thank you!
