Russian potato salad
Materials Required:
Cooked boiled potatoes - 1 cup
Peas, French Bin, Barabati, Maize etc. which you like - 1/2 cup (without boiling, do not have any problems)
Carrots, tomatoes, capsicum, apple, seeds, cucumber-1/2 cups
Egg Whole - 2
Mayanage - 1/2 cup (if you want to give a little more)
Little sugar
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Orange juice - 2 table spoons
Round pepper powder
Molten butter - 2 table spoons
1 cup of chicken breast or tuna fish
Preparation method:
Cut all vegetables at the size of the potato. Make the chilled vegetables cool.
Take out two egg yolks. Then cut the white section by square.
Boil chicken meat or tuna fish with light ginger garlic and salt. Chill down or cut with hands.
Then take two bowl of egg yolks in a bowl. Mix well with lemon and orange juice, butter and sugar. If the kusum is smooth, add mayonnaise and mix well.
Then give the potatoes, the perfect vegetables and chicken / tuna. Keep this in for 10 minutes.
Just before serving, mix raw vegetables and peppercorns with delicious Russian salad.
