Coaching for any Entrepreneur or team leader is critical to the success of any Co-Ordinated team effort. In this video I assist the Global Entrepreneurs Organisation clarify what good Coaching looks like, and more importantly what pitfalls to avoid.

Aimed at EO members, Entrepreneurs and person helping someone through a problem can use these recommendations to make the whole process easier. Coaching someone through a major decision can be daunting, and usually comes with conceived ideas but can be the easiest and most rewarding for any Leader in business.

I am lucky I've been surrounded by smart, generous Business Owners and I will endeavour to continue to pass on the knowledge that I picked up along the way.
