DTUBE - The Wave House Dtube Adventure - Singapore

Hey Steemit and Dtube,

Thanks for watching another one of our Adventure videos :) I am finally able to get this video up as we approach better internet!

In this episode, we visit the Wave House, Sentosa Island Singapore , for the first time. I try my hand at Wave boarding, which includes a lot of falling, but I do eventually get the hang of it. I have to say I was very apprehensive before I started, but with everything new, I try and just go with it as much as I can.

I found the adjustment from snow boarding a little difficult, as you lean forward when coming down the mountain, but here you need to lean back or the lip of your board catches the water, and over you go.

If anything, I remind people to tuck and roll as you hit the floor, this will save you hurting your neck, which I did in the first 10 minutes.

So much fun when you do get up and surf!

The facility is a nice place to spend the afternoon, and at $30 for an hour surf, it was also very good value. There was food and drinks for the people that just want ot watch, and if you are game.... bungie jumping.

I was very glad I took up this little adventure, and tried something new. Great afternoon and would highly recommend it to anyone.
