Tanaman jeruk merupakan tanaman buah tahunan yang sering dibudidayakan di daerah dataran tinggi hingga menengah.
Di Aceh perkebunan jeruk dapat kita jumpai di dataran tinggi Gayo maupun Aceh Tengah.
Kebiasaan jeruk yang terdapat di dataran menengah memiliki rasa buah sedikit masam, dibandingkan buah jeruk pada dataran tinggi.
Seperti foto jeruk ini yang termasuk jeruk dataran menengah, memiliki buah yang lumayan kecil dan sedikit asam.
