It is yet another episode of food captured with yummy thoughts,another one created by @artist1111,I enjoy this challenge a lot because I get to see different varieties of food,yummy and watering pictures by steemians show casing their foods.
Let’s take a look at my own yummy food with thoughts,hope you all like it.

The picture above indicates my chosen dish,which is rice and stew with fried plantain on top.This dish is special because I love to eat it a lot,it’s a common food especially rice,I can’t go a week without eating rice even thou there’s no plantain on it but still I love plantain and that’s why it’s even more than the stew in the picture above.

It was a normal day and I had to cook and also eat because it’s very important,if I don’t eat,I don’t get to think straight nor work properly.I thought and was like I would go with rice and stew with plantain since the ingredients are at home.I love to parboil my rice so I cooked mine and my mum’s rice just for 2 people,after it was soft to my content,I sieved it.
The plantain is actually fried it red oil because my mum prefers it to palm oil and that’s what we used most at home but still it doesn’t taste any less different than when it’s fried with palm oil.The stew was also made with red oil too,it tasted really good,not saying this just because I cooked it thou,if you could notice there’s locust beans in the stew,I don’t eat it thou I tend to remove it from my food but we don’t eat maggi in my house due to my mum’s health so we use locust beans as seasoning and other ingredients.

It’s funny how it takes one hours to cook and then few minutes to finish it up,it seems unfair.I always feel happy and satisfied when I eat and this meal makes me happy,satisfied and filled.

The imagine above display how I finished my dish and devour everything like a hungry lion.It was just too delicious for me not to finish it up.i literally slept after eating and then woke up with strength to continue my daily activities.
In conclusionMy chosen dish is a very yummy one that I’m sure most people must have tried and can testify to it.It’s not only yummy but also gives one’s energy as rice is carbohydrates.it was lovely sharing my chosen dish with you all.

Adunni your favorite dish made me despirat to eat it .It's look very yummy . Story behind it is awesome. We pakistani used to make rice in hundred of ways and are big fan fo rice dishes.Good luck for contest.
