Top 5 tips for beginners on GYM
1) Warm-up- Running or cycling (10-15 minutes). Then I perform dynamic exercises all over the body without stress and stretch dynamically (about 10 minutes). Warm-up not only reduces the risk of injury but also allows for more effective training.
2) Drink water- During an hour of intensive training, the body can lose up to a liter of fluids. Dehydration results in decreased concentration and performance. In extreme cases hallucinations. Drink water!
3) Do not put too much weight- If you put too much weight on the bar, you will lose weight sooner than you do good workout. The weight you have to choose carefully and remember - less does not always mean worse.
4) Find motivation!- Without motivation you will not get far. For some motives are their idols. Some are motivated for themselves. I am personally the first type so I strongly recommend CT Fletcher. This guy is amazing when it comes to motivating others (in the gym).
5) Remember to regenerate - By haste beginners practice very often. In this way the muscles have no chance of growth, because during rest, the muscles are gaining weight and strength. Remember that regeneration of a given muscle lot lasts a minimum of 48 hours.
Keep the work up! A healthy mind needs a healthy body
