My little STORY

In childhood I was a quiet, very thin boy. I enjoyed riding a bike, walking and running. My love was always football. I was (and still is) a big fan of Cristiano Ronaldo. Although I did so many things I knew that something in my life was missing.

Everywhere I went people always commented how skinny I was , I hated the way I looked and decided to make a CHANGE !
I started practicing at home because I always preferred the "basement" climate, rather than the public gym. The first effects (photos below are 3 months after I started practicing) appeared quickly. I ate more and more, exercised more and tried to fit into different fitness models.

Days passed and I put in my passion more and more. I was practicing less than before, because I realized that it does not count as HOW MANY TIME YOU EXERCISE only that HOW DO EXACT AND how much PASSION you put in it. After some time I did not want to be one of the fitness models, I just wanted to be myself, to create my own style. Chicken and rice were the typical dishes in my diet, and I kept improving my body all the time.

It's me CURRENTLY. I think the goal is getting closer. I do not give up and go forward.
