Telegram 4.0 allows you to send your video messages very fast. These video messages are fast because they are compressed and sent as they are being recorded.
To send a video message, go to any chat on Telegram and tap the mic icon to switch to camera mode. Now all you need to do is tap and hold the camera icon and record a video message. When you’re done, just release the recording button to dispatch your message and it will arrive in the blink of an eye.
Interestingly, as you watch a video message, you can browse through other chats. Your video will not stop, it will continue playing, poping up in one corner of the screen.
With telescope added, some who do not have telegram installed also enjoy the video you send and share them for you on social media. That way, you video gets more views.
With Telescope, public video messages can go viral beyond the Telegram ecosystem. Telescope hosts autoplayed round videos of up to 1 minute in duration.

I saw that post but its different from mine. It was just on telegram ( a desktop messaging app) but mine is an improvement called telegram 4.0 ( a video message telescope app). Pls reconsider. They are not even from from same web site.
It is the same app. There is not separate app that is named "Telegram 4.0". Even for telescope you use same Telegram app.
Feel free to show me where I can install from if there is a separate app.

Wow.. Telegram has always been a cool application since it has many space for members of group than it alternative application .. Its cool they are having better versions now
